  3.  @garyp.7501  I've just heard SDGE is the highest in the country. Wouldn't surprise me. My bills are semi-ok but I have a small apartment and am very careful about my energy use. And these scumbags just paid off the Pigs in Sacramento to nullify the majority of the benefit new solar customers would receive. Just took effect in April. They are declaring war on solar. Previous customers are exempt. Jesus christ it's so disgusting. I say private utilities should be ILLEGAL. Utilities are essential and they shouldn't be for profit at ALL! I'm so sick of this filthy ruthless corporate State. Yeah- power companies have a MONOPOLY and THAT should be ILLEGAL. But what else could we expect from this tenth-world shithole who's criminal politicos kneel at the altar of Big Business money and see the rest of us as useless flesh???? This is what happens when a tiny group of human filth get to make all the public policy decisions instead of us making our own decisions. Don't vote red OR blue, if you do you're a chump. If you think they give one flying fuck about you you're hopelessly naive. They serve one god, the Big Money and that is ALL.
