  1. A call for an immediate ceasefire and a stop to the supply of arms would have been nice. But if this is what people in the US can absorb I'll take it. As a European I naively expected Biden, Blinken and whoever else in that cabinet to respond to these sorts of situations a little better than the likes of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz. Silly me.
