@pineapplejuice9837 The description says it was "live streamed on Twitch". I don't know how that works in terms of the video being persisted and accessible after the fact to the general public but this could mean the phone was not needed to get the video up. Most of the fluid splashed on the pavement, which explains him having a hard time lighting himself and that it did eventually work when he lit the pavement. In that area there may be a police presence at all time and the behavior of the police seems pretty typical considering the country we are dealing with... Just when you think you've seen it all someone comes up with something to top it. He does manage to stand up straight and stationary for an awful long time but this may just be the adrenalin.

I didn't take it like that, I understood this would be to put out the fire. But either way I doubt this to be real. Instant police sirens, the phone having been salvaged by whom? The video being published within a day? By whom? It raises a lot of questions. It looks too crazy.
