  1. I understand this was not a teacher and if you want to compare this to police, he didn't shoot the child 8 times in the back which is really good. We have no sound, we don't know what happened earlier on, the child may have got instructions to stay put for some reason and was corrected? We don't know the relationship between the man and the child, it's just another contextless piece of video to get viewers riled up about. Your television culture is sick.
