  2.  @thomaswood2  If they would have better options they would of course be gone already. They don't. Freedom works both ways though. If those workers aren't satisfied they can negotiate a better deal, collectively, which is what we are seeing now. I say more power to them. The employer has limited options too, there are only so many potential workers for those jobs in the area. On top of that, civilized countries have decent minimum wages.
