  2. 60 times more powerful than solar. That is 12 times the total energy input being produced as output power. In fact, it must be a lot more considering the shiny surface of those things. They seem to reflect most of the input. Suppose it will still capture 10% of the light, that makes 120 times the energy input converted to electricity. That sounds dangerous, they 'd better be careful with those things. The DOD may be interested though.
