Labor laws can cut both ways. It's a bigger threshold for companies to hire someone because it's harder (more expensive) to get rid of people. But then again we have proeftijd for permanent positions. In the first two months either party can walk away without obligations. I appreciate the content but the edit jumps are really distracting and tiring. Often in between each sentence you make me recalibrate. I suggest you cut your story in "chapters" and try to do each chapter in one take. It would be a lot easier on the receiving mind.
