Your point? That everyone is fair game right? They have a right, by international law, to defend themselves, also through armed struggle. The occupier does not, particularly not on the other side's territory.

Despite the 2005 Isteal disengagement from G the United Nations, international human rights organisations, and the majority of governments and legal commentators consider the territory to be still occupied by Isteal, supported by additional restrictions placed on Gaza by Egypt. Isteal maintains direct external control over G and indirect control over life within G: it controls G's air and maritime space, as well as six of G's seven land crossings. It reserves the right to enter G at will with its military and maintains a no-go buffer zone within the G territory. G is dependent on Isteal for water, electricity, telecommunications, and other utilities. The extensive Isteal buffer zone within the Strip renders much land off-limits to G's inhabitants. The system of control imposed by Isteal was described in the fall 2012 edition of International Security as an "indirect occupation". The European Union (EU) considers G to be occupied.

@rsr789 I checked some of your other comments. You're a real piece of work. I bet you nurture the idea that at the time Isteal was founded there was nothing there but empty desert with the occaisional Arab on a camel passing by. Am I right?
