  1. I do not expect this to help Copilot. There will likely be local apps thought that utilize the NPU. Like an app that learns your habits and helps pro-actively with your writing or tells you it's bedtime. And then sends everything it learned about you to Microsoft so they can monetize your data some more.

  2. ​@@AtoZandbaNo. That place has meaning for jews, christians and moslims alike based on their own scriptures. Temples were build and destroyed in different eras, the last one by the Romans. Then christians lived there for over 2 ages until the area was conquored by moslims who build the temple around 700. Jews had not been in the picture for several ages so it is unlikely anyone was motivated by the idea of "owning the jews", they just wanted a mosk in a place that was special according to their scripture, much like the jews built a temple ages before them. It isn't even clear where the temple used to be exactly.

It is not too far a stretch to state that the chain of events that followed was largely orchestrated by the Israeli government. Apparently, judged by the general response from the public outside of the region they are doing a pretty good job of controlling the narrative.
