  2. I don't know how effective charging Musk with a crime would be but the situation is embarrassing to the US for sure. It is an impossible situation. Watching Blinken's stuttering response is painful to watch. Musk is humiliating the US on the international stage and it doesn't sound like this is going to change any time soon.
