  1. This could be anything, we can only guess. My guess is that Russian top military indeed got disgruntled about Wagner's special status and were about to turn on Putin. This may be Putin's way to pacify them. Plus Putin doesn't like people behaving like rock stars. That Wagner guy was a bit to public and vocal. Would it not be cheaper for us (the west) to give the Wagner guy a new assignment? They are not ideologically driven, some money will do. We can give 'm weapons...
