  2.  @XblazeoneXxxxxxxx  I do not see what he is preserving though. It is more like being determined to go down with the man. Likely TFG made it clear that if he does not get full republican support, he will run as an independent, which would mean the end of the republican party in terms of numbers and of McCarthy's so beloved speakership. The idea was to use Donny as a prop to attract voters. It turned out to be him using them as side kicks while pulling in all kinds of new idiots adding to the chaos. And they don't have a clue how to get out of the situation. Total panic and desperation.
