  1. Rand Paul is not just being an idiot and saying crazy stuff this time. If you want to make comparisons, imagine how the US would respond if Mexico were getting friendly with Russia and there were talks going on between them about a strategic alliance. Mexico is a sovereign country which has the right to determine its destination, right? Right?... How long do we think it would take for the US to get rid of the Mexican government and install a puppet government, one way or another?
