There is something to the technical argument that trans-genders should not be allowed to compete in the women's league because of their physical advantage. But the alternative (a law like this) is worse than the problem it is supposedly trying to solve. The message will be "we don't want your kind, we want to set you apart"). That is rather harsh for a problem that is largely theoretical. "We do not hate you, we just perceive you as different". Right... The response is telling the resilient speech just doesn't hit home. I can see a parallel with a debate we are having here lately about Sinterklaas (with black pete). It is basically the same thing. Some people just lack the imagination to see things from what is sadly still the other side.
