The main talking point here seems to be the question who is to blame. As a European I would like to remark this just sounds weird. Agreeing on whom is to blame is not going to fix anything here. I watch your news because it is fascinating, nothing like our news. All drama, lots of imagery, little substance. It's a market rather than a means to inform. I am now waiting for some politician to claim none of this would have happened if all of the boy's class mates would have had guns too. I am sure your news networks would be happy to put him or her on display.
