  1. The rocks stay hot alright. But what does he do with those hot rocks? Produce steam using a heat exchanger and run a steam turbine? Heating up the rocks seems like the simple and dumb part of the system (software doesn't change that). Turning the heat into electricity efficiently is the hard and smart part and it is not addressed. This makes me wonder how serious this is.
