@megusato2212 Keep messages short and obfuscate negative or political words. YouTube does not want debates (watch ads you shall, not distract people from doing so).

Decades ago I saw this talked about on TV. They named it "framing", not fragging. Witnesses stated the cause for this was to stay alive as a unit. Commanders would get orders to send a unit on a dangerous mission. The way to prevent that was to unalive that commander. It would take some time for him to be replaced so the unit would live another day.

I noticed too. He did mess up Goebbels though. And Ost. But we appreciate the effort.

Just claim the definition is antisemitic.

@Nine-Signs Well, you would have a point if there was such a thing as pure lobbying. It always comes with rewards and downsides for the listening representatives though. Hence the name. If not we would call it "writing your MP" or attending a party meeting as a member.

I believe that usually works. Then again I believe some of them are just disk pick able people.

@Semasan1999 As a European I thought about that (genocides in Africa not getting much attention from the west) and indeed I find myself less bothered by them in the sense that I feel less responsible or capable to do much about them. It is further from home. We have agreements and diplomatic relations and trade relations and social-cultural relations with l$r@3I which makes me feel more complicit to their crimes. Africa "always has some human tragedy going on" seems to be the general sentiment, rightfully or not. I know nobody who ever went to those African countries or has any kind of connection with them. Western politicians don't have much to gain by making an issue about it. And sadly it appears they still feel they have much to lose by making an issue about Gaza.

@piccalillipit9211 And that popup showed up the moment you tapped/clicked send? Since early October I had numerous messages either deleted or shadow banned, apparently merely for using words that describe human rights violations. But I never, not a single time, got any such notification in whatever way. It has always been silent for me.

@piccalillipit9211 How do you know the reason for removal? I never get any kind of notification when my messages are removed.

@amell.5461 Can you direct us to a news article on this please? Mind you cannot post direct links, just the proper search terms would do.

@piccalillipit9211 Can you repeat the supposedly hateful message here please, with words that may have triggered the response scrambled a bit? I am still trying to figure out how this works. I learned to avoid words like janoside, which apparently is OK here because I see literal occurrences. It seems to be channel dependent too. Your message may have been flagged by people who do not agree with you. I suspect people with an agenda have bots running that scan comments and do this automatically. Then again, yesterday I had a whole bunch of messages restored. Not the really deleted ones but the ones that show up in my history but not in the list of replies. We see that a lot right, that is says "4 replies" and when you look there are only 2. Sometimes it takes a minute for the message to disappear but in other instances it is instant, then it must be YouTube AI deeming it a "low quality comment".
