@VivekSharma-sn7hl All the SPL need to do is start developing young talented players and they'll eventually be able to lure good young players from Europe. It won't happen overnight but it's certainly possible.

@VivekSharma-sn7hl Read what I said. "It won't happen overnight." Obviously it's not easy. It will take at least 10-15 years for it to happen but it's possible. The difference with Arabs and China is that the former have a genuine interest in football and are financially responsible in matters pertaining to it. Hence why City, Newcastle, PSG etc are all financially ran well. South America, Africa and Asia have a lot of young talent that would happily go to Arabian Peninsula if it meant getting an opportunity in professional football.
