@InfallibleDigestiveMakai772 If abuse is abuse, then why do you have an issue with the punishment for this one? Perhaps because it affects people that look like you? Physical abuse isn't overlooked. People get prison sentences for assualt, GBH, ABH, attempted murder and murder. So what are you waffling about?

@InfallibleDigestiveMakai772 Do you actually live in the real world? Are you familiar with statistics? The exception doesn't disapprove the rule genius. Your anecdotal experience is only relative to you. I know three people that got sentenced for GBH and one currently serving 22 years for attempted murder. Rather than trying to dismiss racism because you don't want to accept that it exists, why don't you talk about there being a solution to it in this country?
