@donquixotediesel4870 You're an idiot. They're not comparable because it's a completely different sport, different players and different competition. Therefore it's incomparable. You're evidently not that smart if that's what you deduced from the statement. The saying "apples and oranges" suggests that you're comparing two elements that are fundamentally different (basketball and football) and therefore cannot be compared. Clown.

@donquixotediesel4870 Perhaps dummy because the players in the Suns are elite level players in comparison to many others in the NBA. The Spurs players you named with the exception of Kane and Son arent even PL title calibre. You also omit the fact that football is an 11-man sport whereas Basketball is 5 and all the above Suns players named are arguably in the top 20 of the whole league. That's the difference you pretentious fool. You cannot compare a sport of 5 players to one of 11. Spurs have never been title challengers. City, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been ahead of them for years. Gtfoh. Clown.

The premise of my argument is that they have better players relative to their sport and competition. Spurs do not and have never. Ah of course, the use of the exception to try and justify your argument. The exception doesn't disapprove the rule. How many teams worse than the Spurs squad under Pochettino have won the league with the exception of Leicester 2016 and Blackburn '95? Let me know.
