@nickandrei51 Imagine an Eastern European that's ethnically Polish, moves to New Zealand and let's say a black person that was born and raised in Poland (rare, I know) and still lives there. Imagine what people would say if that black person told the ethnic Pole that they aren't Polish because they live abroad. Look at how stupid that is. That is exactly what Du Plessis did with Israel, Kamaru and Francis.

You gotta laugh at how a man will instigate an issue unnecessarily and then back peddle when the recipients of his nonsense respond with the same energy. This is the classic tactic of Europeans no matter where they are in the world. They will instigate a problem and wait for a reaction. Once the target gives the reaction, they'll then play the victim and gaslight you to infinity. Du Plessis started this and now he's moving as if he's the victim because he knew fully well that people would defend his behaviour because they hate Adesanya.

@sneakpeak0000 What bothered Israel was the fact Du Plessis attempted to diminish his, Kamaru and Francis' achievements in the UFC. If Du Plessis had shown respect to the fighters that came before him and simply stated his intent to be the first African champion residing in Africa, nobody would care. You know that fully well but you prefer to be disingenuous and avoid the main reason why this happened.

@Eric-nh2yb The majority of what you said is either factually incorrect or a straight lie, but unfortunately your fellow whites will support it because they know no better than you.

@haydenjacobson6821 Being African isn't about where you reside. It's about ethnicity, ancestry, lineage, culture, language and heritage all of which Adesanya ticks the boxes. Dricus Du Plessis is a South African citizen by birth. Nobody denies he is African by nationality. He is. However, in all the other aspects I listed, he isn't. He descends from French-Huguenots from France. So for a Boer from South Africa to say such divisive comments about three ethnic Africans especially given the sensitive history with Apartheid and black Africans, he knew what he was doing was wrong and incendiary. He knew he would get this reaction and now he's managed to look like the "good guy." Therefore confirming what I said in the OP. Classic tactic. I'm quite surprised Israel didn't realise it given that he lives in a country with whites. This is universal behaviour no matter where they are. Instigate, wait for reaction, play victim.
