@bigchedds8389 Strickland and his fans are perpetual victims. It's funny you say that Strickland is avoiding him, it's very obvious at this point considering he decided to fight Costa instead of Cannonier in a rematch. Whittaker also voiced his interest in fighting Strickland before the Chimaev fight got announced but instead Strickland decided to have a tantrum on social media about an undeserved rematch. He's consciously avoiding dangerous opponents because he knows if he loses (which is likely), he'll never see that belt again.

Didn't "kind of" beat Strickland, he did beat him. 4-1 to be exact. He should be fighting for the title right now against Du Plessis. Strickland should be doing a rematch with Adesanya for no.1 contender.

@ファティン-z2v Nonsense. You're a Strickland fan and can't bare the fact Cannonier beat your boy. Jared deserves to fight for the title and it's disappointing that the UFC is making him fight Imamov when he should be the next one up against Du Plessis.

@benzonmyhand I don't think the UFC will feed him to Usman. That'll ruin his hype and momentum if he loses. I think it's likely he'll just wait to fight the winner of Edwards vs Muhammad, now that Della Maddalena won't be able to fight.

Cannonier was supposed to fight towards the end of last year first against Dolidze and then Chimaev but got injured
