Marriage benefit society, in turn it benefit government. People aren't getting married because they seen it as a not worthy path to walk their life. If we want to bring marriage back, make it a worthy path to walk peoples life ; ie. pay for child support, pay to support marriage, etc. - on which in the long run benefit society and then government in the form of new people coming to replace the cease one that paying taxes and other productive things for country/government. Currently government over the world is too selfishly screaming about society collapse but close their eyes by saying marriage is your own business.

@dantemi00 It would just validated my point. South Korea and Russia have about the same GDP per Capita. Russia can support the child more than South Korea. However, South Korean government cried louder about this population collapse, but they was too stingy to provide child support for their citizens family while telling their citizens that marriage is their own business -but again, cry louder about population collapse.
