  2. Not just Men for himself. As a father, I told my twin sons to pursue their master degree overseas, work and make a family there. I don't want modern women as my daughter-in-law let alone the mother of my grandchild.

  4. Same here. But once I have met a great woman in IT who has a role as a vice cto. A mother of two grown up men, much older than the rest of the tech team, even to her boss. Doesn't have a deep technical skill. But the way she led her team was like a mother nurturing her boy. She was a low profile person and never bragged about her or her team achievements. She was my role model of women in IT. If there were a woman in my company, she should be older than me and take a role like a mother for our team.

As someone in a high position, it was dangerous to look as the have because women would make me a target to pull them up. I preferred to be invisible. However, I kept my tie and suit in the car in case I met someone important. Doing my job as best I can while remaining invisible.

  25.  @aldaoroman  Few years ago there were several Women in my company. One is quite good, an old mother of two adult men working as a Finance Admin. She is good not only because of her job, but because she plays the role of mother to our entire team. She was able to match my authority with her compassion for our team, and tell me behind what was going on, so I could make good judgments. She resigned because she had a new grandchild and wanted to spend time with the baby. I miss her. We all miss her.
