  4. For me, It was about achieving the target. Pretty similar to playing games, the target is to defeat the boss. The first time play it was difficult. Next is not so difficult. 10 or 20 times playing it, it was much easier, then I feel stupid if I cannot pass the boss. I enjoy the game but I won't play at the deity level. The time and effort is just not worth it. Similar to exercise, I won't keep adding the load or staying more and more time in the gym, hope to be a Greek God. That's not my target. But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy being at the gym, meeting friends there, and defeating the boss once again, accomplishing my target.
