I'm trying to understand why only now. I think I understand that all this time the West still has hope that Putin is a rational and sane person from the great Russian Nation. But, apparently not. At least for what Putin has done in the last two days. So now, attitudes towards Putin have changed. From now on, treat him as a delusional lunatic with no credibility. Then, a permanent solution was no longer to save Ukraine, but to oust Putin from his presidency. This is not a Russia-vs-Ukraine war. This is a Putin-vs-Ukraine war. Please refer to Russia as Putin. Many Russians disagreed with this war.
