As families are falling apart and more and more young men are struggling to find purpose in life, I provide these things in my business and it pays off with their loyalty. In my company, I position myself to take on the role of a father. Recently, there was no woman on staff younger than the rest of the team and I asked her to take on the role of an older sister. It has never been easier to run a company than with a team of young people with a family style of management. They accept my vision of where the company should go and are happy to do the job. The downside is, they are very inexperienced. I need to spend more time every day teaching them things, things I did 20-30 years ago down to the very operational level. In short, my management style has changed from a manager with a bunch of staff, to like a master Jedi with a bunch of young Padawan.

@sharonodom6423 I mean, that attitude has a positive effect to the collapsing society. However, I wouldn't think that the collapse of society is good or bad. It is what it is. It is a change, and change happens every time. The bad thing is, we don't teach our people for changes and we don't teach them to think by facts instead relying on their opinions.
