  2. Hanbok is originated from China. the original Korean native clothes were white pieces of cloth strewn together with rope weaves. That's why Koreans were called "People of the white clothes". They had no technology to dye their clothes with color until they stole the technology from China. Now you know Korean historical dramas with colorful Hanboks are all fake lol. During the Joseon Dynasty, 'Chogori' was created from Ming Dynasty Hanfu design. Even Korean temples are copied from Ming Dynasty with their blue and green pillars adorned with Chinese architecture designs. This is completely different from Japan which were mostly made from wood and styled in red and brown taken after the Tang Dynasty.
