  1. Actually, the American Taxpayer would have to dispose of the ancient Cold War old munitions. Ukraine 🇺🇦 is doing the US a favor, by disposing of old Cold War munitions for the US & Europe, so they have a place to put he newly manufactured weapons designed to replace them! It is a lot cheaper to use old weapons, than have US labor disassemble them.
