California has always experienced flood then drought. It is the historical part of the climate. The government tax people to build reservoirs, but the government prefers vote 🗳️ buying programs over infrastructure.

“Too much water” — no, not enough of dams in California… they need to start piping water 💦 East across the Rockies, to fix the climate crisis they created by sucking water 💧 from the Colorado, for generations

“Large diameter plastic… pipes” - that will sure help get more micro plastics into the food chain, for everything living to eat. 😢 Honestly, plastics are killing humanity if the First World 🗺️… need more metals & glass, as well as recycling these assets.

@petevonschondorf4609 - my Jammie’s are cotton, sleep 🛌 in a cotton gym shorts or sweatsuit… and I love my alpaca 🦙 skin comforters! The storm water plastic coatings and many of the other plastics we use & wash into storm sewers will take micro plastics to the sea 🌊, where the fish consume the micro plastics, and we eat the fish 🐠 containing the micro plastics. Storm sewer water that goes to waste water recycling will also receive the plastics. Often waste water 💧 & storm water 💧 is directed into reservoirs, which we drink. Then we wonder why people have these problems with their gender… they have been getting poisoned 🤢 with micro plastics leaching synthetic estrogen. What a mess. We need to get rid of this crap 💩 which is poisoning everything.

There were some solar roads tried, but sunlight capture is fairly low because of all the cars on the road during the day, and the cold weather comes at night.

Better for a storage retention pond next to your house, rather than storing water 💦 under your house. Just redirect your drains & runoff.

“dumping excess power” could be better used for pumping water 💦 from lower water retention ponds to higher level retention ponds…. until it can be pumped over the Rockies and back to feeding the Colorado River [which is being sucked dry by pulling that water West over the Rockies.]
