  1. “The Bible isn’t a historical document” Correct, The Bible is a consolidation of multiple historical documents, and includes books of poetry & songs. “the US helped create the problem” The dissolution of the Ottoman Empire created the problem, where individual nation-states needed to be stood up. Self determination of ethnic peoples, who were subjugated by the Ottomans, was a good thing… racists just did not want one particular ethnicity to stand up a state. When the US stands up against racists, that is a good thing, and a great moniker for Americans to hold up high.

  4. “its not that they are simply not accepted as refugees” Having volunteered with refugee community for over 20 years, Arabic speaking nations not accepting them as Refugees & granting them citizenship is a massive part of the problem. This is a hundred years of craziness. Fairly recently, for example… When Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, he publically announced he will turn it into a Palestinian homeland… clearly he did not want the Palestinians in his nation or grant them citizenship 😢, but Saddam helped create the modern day suicide bomber by paying families of Palestinians large sums of money for their children using a bomb vest. What a crazy life Palestinians lead, being used by everyone around them for their own purposes, be never being able to stand up a nation promised to them in the early 1900’s because of surrounding Arabs.

  7.  @NotJessH - The Ottoman Empire had land records, which are used to this date in Israeli courts, and those [Palestinians & Jews, regardless of religion] who have land ownership deeds or can prove their families had ownership win battles in court to return.

  8. “the colonizer is always RIGHT” When Jordan illegally annexed large sections of Palestine, on The West Bank of the Jordan River, Jordan illegally relocated peoples to the area they occupied, without ever issuing land deeds. Jordan colonized The West Bank. Jordan, to their credit, gave refugees 1 opportunity to become Jordanian citizens, many took it, and led a good life afterwards, when Jordanians felt like their land was invaded & occupied by foreigners (which it was.) When Israel was being stood up, surrounding Arab nations imported European fighters into Palestine, who formerly fought for the Axis Powers of WW2, many of which were formerly from the 2 Muslim Battalions under Hitler, gathered through the leadership of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood [who Hitler hosted in Germany during WW2.] Many of those Egyptians & Balkan fighters never left Palestine, and colonized these indigenous lands, committing genocide against indigenous peoples who had a historic right to the land from the Ottoman Empire days. When Israel was stood up, Arabs refused to allow Palestine to stand up, and Palestine was colonized by Egyptian & European Balkan extremists who did not want peace, but only war.

  10. 17:00 - “Abbas… petitioned the United Nations for a two state solution… Israel and United States always opposed” I think this needs to be nuanced a bit - the UN & US advocated a 2 state solution, just not the PLO specifics plan. The peace accord between PLO / Palestinian Authority and Israel agreed to a land negotiated settlement between the Nation and the PLO / PA… The UN submission with the PLO / PA plan bypasses the peace accord agreement, which is a strong reason the U.S. & Israel object.

  11. Many people of Jewish heritage returned to the land during the 1800’s into the 1900’s, buying tracts of land. This is not invasion, but migration. The US has dealt with migration, on a massive scale over the past decades, even more so over the past few years. Suggesting an invasion by Europeans would also suggest an an invasion by non-North Americans into the U.S. Would you be consistent and suggest both are the same?
