@kingace6186 - I always wondered why Ethiopia never had a port. That would be an interesting study! Offering to build a port with rail, with interest, in return for access to the port & rail, could be quite interesting… especially if the failed state did not pay their interest rates & Ethiopia could just annex it for 100 years! (ie China like action.)
