14:00 - “energy… fuel” Japan has been pushing for Hydrogen, with blue H2 coming from nuclear, this will be a good way to eliminate dependency on foreign oil & gas, and make more of the energy domestic [which will look more appealing with currency devaluations.]

@effexon - “lots of companies… pv business” China produces ~80% of PV panels & components, which would make Japan dependent upon China. Not good to stay out of wars. “Batteries” China produces north of 50% of all batteries, and they own the global mines. This makes Japan dependent upon China. Not good to stay out of wars. “windpower” The big wind power companies are not in Japan. 6 of the top 10 wind power companies are in China. This would make Japan dependent on China. Not good to stay out of wars. With 1 dictatorial country, like China, owning these energy options… this is worse than the oil cartels spread across the Middle East & world! They know it, too. Japan has experience in Nuclear and Hydrogen (where the US buys both from Japan.) If Japan plays their cards right, H2 should eliminate the need for natural gas, required for wind & solar around the world.
