Encourage domestic production in mass quantity levels, to achieve an optimal cost. In the end, the bet way to discourage inflation is to eliminate income tax on individuals & corporation, charge a sales tax, and allow consumers to see the real cost of goods & service (on contrast to cost of taxes, which drives a lot of inflation), and allow people to manage inflation.
