Nuclear provides constant power, while wind does not provide power when the wind stops… so wind needs alternate temporary energy generation units. Nuclear can increase power output & reduce power output. Wind can not be made to increase power on demand. so wind needs alternate temporary energy generation units.

  4.  @sidremus  - the Soviet reactors are far less reliable & safe than Western reactors. Suggesting a Russian built/operated reactor accident should cause Western reactors to close is like saying The West should ban their military from using guns because the guns of former Soviet State militaries are so lethal.

  5. 5:40 - “environmentally disastrous coal” Reasonably done, it is not disastrous. If it is disastrous, leaving it in the ground must be bad, so processing it while extracting energy can be reasonable.

  6. Reusing proven designs & equipment for the new moon mission, is being complained about… while saying reusable rockets should be the way forward? The video author has an axe to grind. - By not creating all new components, there are fewer opportunities for failure. - By leveraging existing / proven designs, there are fewer repeated design cycles needed to bring the project to fruition.
