With building of a modern military based upon drones & AI & missiles & smart artillery — demanding primary sourcing of chips in Japan will drive the silicon investment market for guaranteed buyers of their produced silicon. Japan does not need humans (to invade foreign nations), but needs a military capable of holding the line with others invading them. Japan building nukes will be incentive to de-nuke North Korea.
