@djordjelezajic8435 - I believe some of the areas where Ukraine had artillery & ammunition & tank facilities & reserves were occupied by Russia. The largest steel manufacturing site in Europe’s Mariupol, was also taken by Russia. The disassembling of Ukrainian artillery factories & shipping the machines back to Russia, was a bad sign. Heck, during Ukrainian independence- Russia stole from Ukrainian port what is now Russia’s only aircraft carrier. Ukraine was a major manufacturing center for Russian weapons, during Soviet times. If Russia does not get Ukraine back, the Russian kleptocracy would have at least stolen their weapons manufacturing facilities & parts.
