  2. 1:00 - “enslavement” In The Americas… Native Americans held slaves, some Europeans held slaves, the Chinese held Chinese laborers who may as well have been slaves, and some from Africa held slaves. Slavery was not somehow unique to Columbus 😢

  4.  @Arisaem  - “none of those slave owners are being worshipped as heros” I look around, there are lots of people naming their businesses with stepped pyramids in their logos & associating themselves with the natives who raided neighboring villages, slaved their neighbors, ripped out the hearts ❤️ of someone them when they were still alive for faith rituals, on the pyramids… I don’t see a lot of people running around with icons of Christopher Columbus & telling the surrounding world that their ethnicity is The Race. So yes, various Native American groups are racial supremacists who iconify their ancestors slave owners who even did live human sacrifice of their captives. Compare that to an explorer, who traveled around the world, in a way to avoid those whose religion facilitated the capturing & enslaving of people like Columbus, for 800 years.
