Some Traditional trade unions destroy jobs, become political shell groups to funnel trade dues on political parties, to engorge trade union bosses who don’t offer anything to their workers except a chance to drive their jobs overseas. Contract companies are a voluntary version of trade unions, offering health benefits, retirement, access to higher education & training, etc. — without the political baggage, working to keep jobs & keep job sites safe.

Trump was a Democrat, his appointee Tulsi Gabbord was a Democrat. A huge demographic (10-20 point) shift has been occurring with minorities shifting Republican, with racist Democrat ideology being rejected (while Europeans seem to be attracted by the racist liberal ideologies of The Left in the US.)
