You had a good post until you went pro global warming denier & blamed Russian bot revival on EV man Elon Musk, whose goal was to disincentivize bots through various techniques, one being applying a cost to validated check marks. This being said, serendipity of Musk starting to purchase Twitter shares in early 2022 and the second invasion of Ukraine in early 2022 & Russian need for disinformation outlets [after the far left communist protesters started finally ignoring their Moscow feeds] is a more sensible understanding.
