@T1971-w4c he was also suffering from the flu pre and during this fight…sooooooo 🤷♂️

@Talking-Monkey hmmm….that wasn’t in the documentary I saw 🤷♂️

@thomasmyers3808 there’s a pretty good documentary out there somewhere that goes in depth as to what was going on in and around that fight. Well worth a look if you’re interested. Not as clear cut as it seemed on the surface.
2
@jmr6117 apparently so.
2
@smullaney it was definitely a very interesting matchup.
2
@Trigix11 "first real pro fight"...what an idiotic thing to say. Ironic since you're trying to label Naz as a clown when you're stating stuff like that.
2
Naz had been suffering from the flu prior to this fight and still had it the day of. He never used it as an excuse but for sure it affected him.

@josevigil4619 who? Me? Think you heave me confused with someone that gives a shit. 🤷♂️
1
@JLopez-gx7hr I dunno. Ask him 🤷♂️
1
@Jekyll_Island_Creatures I dunno. You should ask the people involved. I had nothing to do with it 🤷♂️
1
@michaelharrison3602 since Naz isn’t Conor Benn I’m fairly sure he wasn’t on his period at the time. As for your other assumptions I can’t speak to any of them. I have no clue as I wasn’t involved, don’t know Naz and don’t know anyone who was on his team at the time. You should ask him if you’re really that interested. Let us know if you find out anything interesting. Good luck mate 👍
1
@richardritcher2013 well said. What does you resume look like mate?
1
@ernestorodriguez6392 I agree lame excuses suck. You should take it up with Naz and his team though. I have no inside info about it.
1
@ernestorodriguez6392 no clue mate. Sure. Ask him. Or watch the documentary firsts whatever floats your boat 👍
1
@ernestorodriguez6392 I’m a fan of boxing. But I can’t speak to what a retired fighter thinks or what happened behind closed doors when he or she was active. And I won’t speculate.
1
@Edwin-sr8lq What now? I’ve made no excuses for anyone. Certainly not for someone I don’t know and have no invested interest in. Get it right bruh 😎
1
@jamestoni you don’t rate Kevin Kelley as a top class boxer?
1
@jamestoni think you might be in the minority on that buddy. I respect your opinion even though I disagree.
1
@jeffsingam5393 huh?
1
@JavaAndroid yeah that accident was horrific. Sad and tragic. Remembering feeling awful for the victim. Didn't excuse what he tried to do in response to get revenge though.
1
@JavaAndroid not following your point there buddy. Who used the word "but"? To whom or what are you referring to?
1
@JavaAndroid I didn't use the word "but" at all buddy. Words are important and yes some people (espcially these days) don't pay attention to the words they use properly and/or want them to mean something that they just simply do not. With that being said, "But" does not mean "No" regardless of how much you would like it to in order to support your narrative. Not having a go at you at all by the way. It's just ironic that you are setting yourself up as some sort of authority on the English language and your main argument in support of that is that you want one word to mean another.
1
@JavaAndroid and just to clarify further you are falling (and have already fallen) into a number of logical fallacies. Again, not having a go at you. It's all to easily done. Just be aware is all. All the best mate 👍
1
@JavaAndroid where did you go buddy? I thought we were having a decent discussion. I didn't even get to drop the hammer on your logcial fallacy yet. You ok?
1
@JavaAndroid no we were talking about your confusion over the definition of some basic English words. You were changing the meaning of some words to fit with your narrative and committing a logical fallacy in the process. As for Naz there's no doubt in anyones mind I'm sure that he was a brash talker that many found to be arrogant.
1
@ I wouldn’t say that he was a “Pratt” for taking the fight. He was perhaps a little overconfident or had a misplaced confidence. Certainly I don’t think he could have pulled out stating he was feeling ill. People wouldn’t have been very forgiving about that even if it was true.
1
@ I guess we have a difference of opinion on what constitutes an excuse versus what’s simply offering a reason for a poorer than expected performance. Trying to perform on the world stage to an elite level athletically while being sick can’t be much fun I’m sure. Pretty sure Naz himself said he had no excuses though.

The guy seems like a real p*ick but he had some chin on him. Can't believe he didn't even go down let alone get KOd. Respect where it's due.
