Officer Goodman saved countless lives that day. 100% no doubt in my mind. He's a hero.

Amazing to me this has been uploaded for 3 hrs now and no one at NBC has bothered to correct the typo in the title. Is it really the case that zero people there haven’t noticed it yet? I think the “wounded” (now tragically deceased) person deserves a bit more dignity than being referred to as “mounded” but attention to detail in journalism and journalistic integrity seems to have been lacking for a while now.

@Mark-bw1wx who said it was only Officer Goodman? Haven’t seen anyone say such a thing on this thread.

@solarhits0411 well I live in Seattle my friend so…I care.

@solarhits0411 not everyone sees things through a politicized lens friend. People who do have conditioned themselves to see things that way. It’s a choice. My comment had nothing to do with politics and I won’t be dragged down to that level in my follow up comments. Take care.

If you’re going to claim journalism then please proof read your titles. Getting sick of seeing news articles with so many mistakes purely in attempt to get stuff out there first and fast. I’d rather you were accurate than first. Can hardly read a news blog these days without thinking they been written by a seven year old.

@tommas2674 are you saying Goodman caused the whole thing?

@solarhits0411 I never said you did say my comment was politicized. Merely pointing out that you brought politicization into a comment thread where it wasn’t necessary to do so. And to be clear no, Election Day isn’t why this typo was overlooked. Different teams cover different things. Again, take care.
