OK, so The National Guard which receives their initial training on Federal Bases, wears a Federal Uniform, is paid by The Federal Government, is treated at Federal Hospitals if wounded in battle, carries Federally owned weapons and receives a Federal Pension upon retirement is actually a State Militia. Yea, that makes sense-----NOT!!!!!!!!
