Why not Spanish or Farsi or Yiddish? Why if someone goes to Court and they speak Spanish for example do we get them an interpreter? Why not just get a Spanish speaking Judge and Attorneys and hold Court in Spanish? Additionally why, if there is not an official language are all interstate traffic signs in English? Just because your local shop speaks Spanish or whatever, that doesn't change the fact of the Nations official language.
