  1. So why, if the Police in your area are so bad, haven't you applied, gone through the Police Academy and joined the Department so you can start change at the ground level? Show them how it should be done.

  4. Apparently you are not aware of the hiring process for Police Officers. BEFORE they are even allowed to start the Police Academy they undergo an extensive background check. Additionally the vast majority of Agencies require a Psychological Evaluation as well. And NO, convicted Felons are not allowed to be Police Officers anywhere that I am aware of. For you to imply that shows that you are coming from a position of ignorance. If you can cite evidence of a Police Department or Sheriff's Office in the United States that has hired a convicted Felon I would really like to see that.
