  2.  @c.eb.1216  The big difference is that Biden has no idea where this stuff is. It just keeps turning up here and there. There may be documents that he took that will never be found. And we have absolutely no way of knowing who has had access to these documents that have been laying around his house for the last SIX YEARS.
