  1. How about the FIFTY PERCENT of the country who pay NO TAXES WHATSOEVER start to pay SOMETHING-ANYTHING. There is a reason that the Politicians have resisted a Ten Percent Flat Tax. Ten percent (no write offs, no deductions) would solve all of this.
