  3. So what do you suppose the monthly maintenance costs of Trump Tower are? New York State would have to keep it insured, utilities paid, all upkeep done and staff paid until the case was decided. New York City is BROKE right now, but I bet they will gladly take on that expense---Right????

  4.  @denniss9718  Except in the event that the decision is overturned the property would have to be returned to him in the EXACT same condition it was when they seized it. So if it is not maintained 100% in that condition or is damaged in any way, the State of New York and New York City would be the ones writing the check.
