@gcharb2d OK, then why does Walz's retirement list him as Master Sergeant (E-8) and not Command Sergeant Major (E-9) the rank that he claims? Was he tried under UCMJ and stripped of that rank. or did he not achieve that rank in the first place? You can't have it both ways.
