@shirleyz7400 Are we paying higher prices for Japanese and Korean cars? There is Tariffs on them. Oh, wait, as soon as we put those on they built plants in the US, hired AMERICAN workers (you know, UNION people) and began to pay US Taxes. Strange how that worked, isn't it.

@t.nguyen5806 Yea, look at what the import tariffs they put on Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Kawasaki, Tohatsu and many more. They just built plants in The US, hired American Workers and now don't pay the tariffs at all. What a failure those were--- 🤡🤡🤡🤡

@darlene2709 OK, since you seem to feel that you are the expert on this subject, then I have a question. If what you say is true that when tariffs are put in place it raises prices for consumers, why have many foreign based companies such as Nissan, Hyundai, Toyota, Tohatsu and many others built plants in the US? Labor is cheaper in Korea and Japan, so why pay US Labor (Translation: Union Workers who are American) when they could build it cheaper in their home country?
